All Occasions Events & Party Hire are based on the Gold Coast and service a wide area from Brisbane to Northern NSW Tweed area to the Hinterland and Beaudesert Scenic Rim areas.

Trading Hours:

Christmas Trading:  Our office will be closed for the Christmas period from 4pm Wednesday 23rd December until Monday 4th January.  Booked deliveries and pickups will proceed as arranged during this time.  Skeleton staff will be in place however  messages will be attended to on a daily basis only.  For urgent requests please phone Therese on 0417 614 493.  Have a safe and happy Christmas holiday break!

Monday to Friday :      8am to 4pm by appointment

Saturday-Sunday:      Closed (deliveries available by pre-arrangement)

Cancellation Policy:

All goods booked then cancelled:

a) up to the week prior to delivery will be charged at 50% of the hire rate, and

b) during the week up to and including the day of delivery will be charged at 100% of the hire rate.
